AT - Video - IntrInsIcally safe cctv system

The intrinsically safe video surveillance system AT-Video allows to capture images from areas where people presense should be limited or is

even forbidden. Installation of the vision system at selected points of longwall or within the conveyors route for easy supervision over the

process of extraction, to improve its safety. A characteristic feature of the system is the usage of video servers enabling the concentration

of video signals from multiple cameras simultaneously, compression and transfer of digital video through fiber optic Ethernet network,

coaxial cable or WIFI to surface or underground video monitoring stations. This reduces the number of used network infrastructure

resources. The basic element of the vision system is an intrinsically safe camera. Intrinsically safe camera has automatically adjustable

lenses which setting depends on light intensity. At very low intensity light sensor automatically switches to black and white mode. The

camera can transmit images via fiber optic, coaxial cable, twisted pair teletechnical or WIFI network. Depending on the type of installation,

signal can be transmitted to flameproof preview LCD units or surface recording and data processing stations.
